How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login page. You'll receive an email with instructions to create a new password. If you don't see the email, check your spam folder.

What file formats can I export to?

PitchPrompt supports exporting to PDF, PowerPoint (PPTX), and image formats (PNG). Business and Enterprise plans also support Word document exports.

Is there a mobile app available?

Yes! PitchPrompt has iOS and Android apps available in their respective app stores. All core features are available on mobile, though some advanced formatting is best done on desktop.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Account Settings page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

What's your refund policy?

We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans can be canceled without additional charges. Contact support for refund requests.
